Refund Policy
At C5 Productions LLC, we are committed to providing an exciting and memorable rockhounding experience for all participants. Please read our refund policy carefully before booking your tour:

1. No Refunds
   All bookings for rockhounding tours are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

   • Change of plans.

   • Illness or personal emergencies.

   • Inclement weather.

2. Rain or Shine
   Our tours operate rain or shine. Weather conditions are a natural part of the outdoor experience, and we encourage all participants to dress appropriately for the forecast. In the event of extreme weather conditions that pose a safety risk (e.g., severe storms or lightning), we reserve the right to reschedule the tour at our discretion.

3. Transfers and Rescheduling
   While we do not offer refunds, we may, at our sole discretion, allow you to transfer your booking to another date or participant if requested at least  48 hours before the scheduled tour. Transfers are subject to availability and approval.

4. Cancellation by Us
   In rare cases where we must cancel a tour due to circumstances beyond our control, such as dangerous weather or unforeseen events, we will offer you the option to reschedule or receive a credit for a future tour. No cash refunds will be issued.
